These Terms of Service govern your use of royal-heating.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Separate written estimates, work orders, invoices, warranty documents or service agreements may also apply to services provided by Royal Pro Heating Ltd. If a written service document conflicts with these website terms, the written service document governs that service.

The website provides general information about heating, cooling, hot-water, gas-fireplace and related services. Website content is not a diagnosis, quote, guarantee or substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified technician. Equipment availability, eligibility for rebates, pricing, timelines and service coverage may change.
Service requests and appointments
Submitting a form, email or telephone request does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee an appointment time. A booking is confirmed only when Royal Pro Heating Ltd. accepts and confirms it. Emergency response times depend on technician availability, location, weather, road conditions, parts and safety considerations.
Estimates, pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website, if any, are general information unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing, scope, taxes, permit costs, equipment, parts and payment terms will be set out in the applicable estimate, work order or invoice. Additional work requires customer authorization except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to address a safety risk and is permitted by law.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, property and equipment information.
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and equipment at the confirmed appointment time.
- Disclose known hazards, access restrictions, pets, hazardous materials or other conditions that may affect safe service.
- Follow operating, maintenance and safety instructions provided with equipment or by the technician.
Warranties and manufacturer information
Any workmanship commitment or service warranty will be described in the applicable written service document. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may require registration, maintenance or other conditions. Royal Pro Heating Ltd. does not extend a manufacturer warranty beyond the terms offered by that manufacturer.
Rebates and third-party programs
Information about rebates, grants, financing, utilities, manufacturers or government programs is provided for convenience. Eligibility, funding and program rules are controlled by the third party offering the program. Royal Pro Heating Ltd. cannot guarantee approval, payment or continued availability of a third-party program.
